Vision

Equipping everyone with the cyber skills to thrive in a digital world.

Mission

HSOC Cyber immerses individuals into cybersecurity projects, equipping them to think critically, solve complex problems, and develop effective processes. Through this experience, we empower participants to document and showcase their skills and achievements, driving personal and professional growth while contributing to societal safety and the protection of digital freedoms.

The HSOC Story

  • HSOC Cyber stands as a trusted leader in the cybersecurity landscape, delivering customized solutions that empowers more than 10 businesses, educational institutions, and non-profits. Rooted in the core values of protection, innovation, and expertise. HSOC Cyber was built to help organizations and people navigate the growing complexities of the digital world. With a focus on comprehensive services—including cybersecurity consultations, managed security, and vulnerability assessments, and hands-on training, HSOC Cyber equips its clients with open source and cutting-edge tools to protect against evolving cyber threats.

One of the unique aspects of HSOC Cyber is its ability to evolve with the industry. Initially, we focused on training individuals to earn cybersecurity certifications. However, the demands of the cybersecurity field soon shifted. At the beginning of the pandemic, HSOC Cyber recognized that experience had become a far more valuable asset than certification alone. In response to this shift, we transitioned to a “learning as work” approach, bringing on fellows/interns to work on projects and tasks directly for the company. This transformation allowed individuals to gain the practical experience required by employers for employment.

  • Hundreds of HSOC Cyber interns have completed meaningful cybersecurity projects, gained work experience, and many have secured jobs in the industry. HSOC Cyber’s internship program (now known as the HSOC Cyber Skill-based Fellowship) answers the call from employers seeking individuals with not just knowledge, but also practical expertise. Our mission is to provide opportunities for passionate, eager individuals to work on cybersecurity projects from the comfort of their homes and for HSOC Cyber’s clients.

At HSOC Cyber, we don’t just offer services; we provide partnerships. Our clients receive more than just protection—they gain a cybersecurity partner invested in their growth and long-term resilience in an ever-changing technological landscape. Whether you're a business, school, or non-profit, HSOC Cyber offers a proactive approach to safeguarding digital assets and ensuring that you can thrive, securely.

  • HSOC Cyber continues to lead by example, fostering both growth and protection in the cybersecurity field. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, we ensure that the organizations we serve are not only safe but also empowered to innovate and succeed.
